Winter Training & Riding

Winter 2010 kicked off our initial run of 8 “Sweat Fests” starting in January. These were quite successful and we’ll be expanding the program for Winter 2011.  They are 90 minute sessions costing $5 for each session.  The session focuses on a particular aspect of training and improvement and I help you through the workout as well as answer questions about preparing for events or other cycling related topics.

Please bring the following:

  • Trainer or rollers
  • Rubber mat if stationary device lacks floor protection (inexpensive yoga mat works great [$10 @ Target])
  • Two towels – one for the floor and one for wiping down. (Yeah, you’re gonna sweat.)
  • Two full water bottles
  • Your bike, of course. :)
